Source and replace Chimneys with new sandstone to match existing and original stone work. We have carried out numerous Chimney restorations throughout Edinburgh and surrounding areas to the borders.
We can replace and restore damaged, capped and blocked chimneys back into full working order. We would sweep and clear and blockages in the flu before carrying out any external chimney work. Once the new chimney is installed we would then start the internal work to the hearth and fireplace surround. We can install new flu linear, new fire surrounds, including any stone work, ie: stone lintels, pillars and any stone or slate hearths. We can also offer any form of tiled surround finish. Including Mosaic and original period tile finishes.
